Welcome to the Charles Town Presbyterian Church website!
If you’re like most folks who visit this website, you are here for one of two reasons. Members and regular attendees visit this website to stay connected with one another through the calendar, the prayer journal, to email staff, or to find out if there are any weather related announcements. While you’re here, click on the Online Bible link to look up a new passage.
Most of the other hits our website receives are from people who want to know more about the church. You might be new to the area and find yourself in need of a church home. You might be looking for answers to some of the things life has thrown at you, and you’ve found your way here.
Perhaps you are here simply because you are curious.
Our most recent revisions to the website will answer most of your questions. Do you want to know what we hold most dear? Click on our Core Values link to learn about the six things about this church that will never change. Want to know what is going on at the church? Then click on the calendar tab. Need to email one of the pastors or a staff member? Then click on their name under the staff tab and you should jump right to an email writer. We have one of the most user-friendly church web pages on the internet, and I am sure you will find the information you are looking for. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, then please email me at jbethard@ctpres.org and I promise you I’ll find the information you need in a timely manner and get back to you as quick as I can.
To those of you seeking a new fellowship, I want to invite you to attend one of our Sunday worship services. Our early service at 8:30am is blend of contemporary and traditional elements, with the Lord’s Supper celebrated weekly. Our 11:00am service is a traditional service, with the Lord’s Supper celebrated on the first Sunday of each month. I invite you to come experience what God is doing at Charles Town Presbyterian Church. You won’t be disappointed!
Knowing, Growing, and Serving,
