{"id":8733,"date":"2020-03-15T13:52:33","date_gmt":"2020-03-15T17:52:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ctpres.org\/ctpressblog\/?p=8733"},"modified":"2020-09-20T10:54:26","modified_gmt":"2020-09-20T14:54:26","slug":"march-15-2020-covid-19-update-digital-worship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ctpres.org\/ctpressblog\/2020\/03\/15\/march-15-2020-covid-19-update-digital-worship\/","title":{"rendered":"March 16, 2020 COVID-19 Update: Building Closed &#038; Digital Worship"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UPDATE: March 16, 2020 &#8211; with the recent recommendations surrounding coronavirus COVID-19, for the health of those who participate in the various community groups, <strong>Charles Town Presbyterian Church is closing the building to all groups and ministries. <\/strong> The <strong>ONLY <\/strong>exceptions to this are the essential ministries <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/mowojc.org\/\">Meals on Wheels<\/a><\/strong> and the Homeless Dinner coalition.  <strong>We prayerfully ask that all other groups also consider practicing social distancing where possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The governing body of Charles Town Presbyterian Church will continue to assess the situation in order to determine when we&#8217;ll reopen.
